Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

​

  • Morning drive to Tarangire.

  • Game drive among massive baobabs and large elephant herds.

  • Picnic lunch in the park.

  • Overnight camping at a public campsite inside or near Tarangire.

 

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

​

  • Morning game drive along the Rift Valley escarpment.

  • Look for giraffes, elephants, and large flocks of birds.

  • Evening drive to Karatu campsite.

 

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

​

  • Early descent into the Crater for a half-day game drive.

  • Picnic lunch inside.
