Discover Tanzania

The Heartbeat of Tanzania

Diverse Ecosystems: Tanzania is home to a remarkable variety of ecosystems, from the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro to the vast plains of the Serengeti, the deep waters of Lake Tanganyika, and the coral reefs of Zanzibar. This diversity makes Tanzania one of the most biologically rich countries in the world.

Ngorongoro Crater: The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world. Often referred to as “Africa’s Garden of Eden,” it hosts one of the densest populations of wildlife on the planet, including the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino).

Lake Natron: Located in northern Tanzania, Lake Natron is one of the most alkaline lakes in the world. The lake's extreme conditions are inhospitable to most life, but it is a breeding ground for millions of flamingos, creating a surreal and vibrant natural spectacle.
